Knit Mesh Upper


The upper of the Skechers Go Run 600 Running Shoe is constructed with a knit mesh upper which promotes a breathable, well-ventilated environment, keeping your feet feeling cool and dry during a workout. Synthetic overlays are located on both sides of the shoe which provides a supportive fit. A soft solid fabric is used on the heel panel which increases stability, while the heel pull tab provides added assistance when putting the shoe on. Finishing off the upper is the padded collar, tongue and lining which boosts comfort and cushioning, keeping you going for longer with no distractions.


5GEN Midsole


For step-in comfort, the Go Run 600 features a Goga1 insole which offers underfoot cushioning, while absorbing the impact that's generated by foot-strike, propelling you forward to the next step. 5GEN is a full-length lightweight, durable foam unit which aims to provide a comfortable and springy underfoot experience. A parametric construction is placed in the sole unit which encourages the natural movement of the foot to promote flexibility, support and surface stability.


Rubber Outsole


The outsole has been designed with a flat surface, with wavelike grooves and patterns which delivers traction and proprioception. The shallow trenches on the sole help to encourage natural foot flexibility and surface grip. A more durable rubber is strategically placed in the forefoot and heel of the sole to reduce wear and tear while providing additional traction.
